In 2024, Elen Alien collaborated with the Norwegian band Kalandra, creating a series of visual covers that expanded the band’s ethereal sound into a poetic visual dimension. Her artwork translates their cinematic Nordic folk aesthetic into dreamlike imagery that intertwines the organic and the mystical — echoing themes of memory, mythology, and the invisible forces that connect us. This collaboration allowed Elen to merge her sensibility for nature-driven symbolism with Kalandra’s haunting musical narratives, resulting in visual identities that feel both intimate and otherworldly.
